          Rivers are valuable sources of water supply for various purposes. These sources are seriously exposed to quality degradation due to the entry of various contaminants. Therefore, proper monitoring and quality management of these resources could be very important. Today we show an example of "Balikhlow river", What is located in Ardabil province, northwest of Iran.

The results of the present study show that the amount of MH in the study period is generally below 50 and in this regard, the river water quality is suitable for irrigation purposes.
